The date they state to start the works is the date they start, or if due to the kind of work we do give the customer notice of cancellation, reason for cancellation and arrange another date.
Turn up the day that has been booked.
Complete the work safely and professionally, we all know things can happen that are out of our control so always be upfront with customer if the unexpected happens.
Make sure the area being worked is left tidy and check with the customer that the worka have been done ro their satisfaction.
